it smells wonderful. I mixed some of it in my tanning oil, it is so  relaxing laying out and smelling the spearmint as the sun warms  my skin. I had heard that if you mixed it with water and sprayed  it along the perimeter of your house it would help to keep the bugs  away. I thought that if I added it to my tanning oil, maybe I would  be able to keep some bugs away while sunbathing. So, when I had  the opportunity to receive this product at a discounted price in  exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, I thought I would  test this theory out, as I have been stung 4 times this summer  while sunbathing here in Arkansas. Since adding this is essential  oil to my tanning products, I have had one (that's right I said one)  ant crawl on me. That's right, one, ordinary ant. that's a 99.9%  decrease in insect harassment.  Can't get better than that.
