ok, this is tasty stuff. just the right amount of vanilla flavor. mellow  vanilla is what the flavor is called and it is accurate! I was kinda  pmsing earlier and this came in the mail and I tried it right off. I  could feel myself relax and the moodiness abate within minutes  (my husband says "thank you") of drinking this. it is just 2 scoops  added to 1-2 ounces of water, milk, smoothie or yogurt. it  dissolves fast in liquids, I have not tried it in a smoothie or in  yogurt so I can not say for sure how well it dissolves in a thicker  substance. given how easily it blended into the milk and the  water though, i would think it would be just as easy to mix in  yogurt or a shake or a smoothie. I find myself more focused  on my tasks after drinking this.
