This is a beautifully crafted tool. It is compact and easily fits in a pocket or waiter's apron. The rosewood handles lend a sense of class to an everyday kitchen tool. It has a nice weight to it in the hand. It is a well made tool that is riveted together for extra durability.

There is a curved foil blade (that is lightly serrated for easy cutting) that flips out of the handle, a nice sized corkscrew, and a nifty bottle opener. It fits nicely in my hand while I am twisting the corkscrew into the cork, the stainless steel base is curved perfectly and conforms to my fingers comfortably.

This tool makes it easy to pull the cork out of the bottle, I just insert the corkscrew, and then push the stainless steel bottle opener side down and hold with my thumb on it (as a brace) as I gently lift on the rosewood handle until the cork pops out. Super simple! I love this tool, and use it regularly.
