Etekcity mailed these gaming headphones to me so I could test them and write my opinion of the quality, durability, and ease of use. These are plug and play, no programming necessary. There is a headphone jack, a microphone jack, and a USB plug that lights them up (can be used without plugging in the USB). As a bonus, there is a slim mouse pad included. These headphones have a braided cord (with a volume control wheel conveniently attached) for long-term durability. There is a microphone bar that is adjustable, it flips down for usage and can be flipped back up when not in use. These headphones come with instructions as well.

I have been using these steadily for 3 weeks now, and have yet to find a flaw in the quality of sound or the ability of the mic to pic up my voice. Even in a noisy room, every word I speak is clearly heard by my fellow online gamers. These are over the ear, noise cancelling headphones that make me feel like I am right there in the thick of the battle when gaming. There is thick, cushy padding for comfortable, all day wearing. And I do wear them about 7 hours a day for all my gaming, video and voice calls, music listening, and dictation.

I am seriously impressed by the sound quality when I am listening to music. I listen to a lot of Tool, Five Fingered Death Punch, Nine Inch Nails, Type O Negative......hardcore, bass infused music that usually becomes distorted when using other headphones. But not these, I max out the volume and every note and lyric is crystal clear.

They are easily adjusted to fit any size head, and stay in place even when I am bobbing to the beat, or ducking quickly to keep from getting hit in a game (No. It does not help. I still get hit.). The head band is cushioned for extra comfort, has stylish stitching on the outer part, and is smooth on the inside. The braided cord is 2 m long, so there is plenty of room for mobility.
